"Winning Youth Football's Step by Step Plan" and the associated books, and DVDs were written and produced by Dave Cisar. Dave is the founder and President of the all volunteer, Screaming Eagles Youth Football Organization. It was started in 1998 as a free program for at-risk youth in inner-city Omaha, Nebraska. Under Dave’s leadership, the program served over 400 children ages 6-14 with programs in academic accountability, character development, youth football and other youth sports. Dave now heads up the Eagle program in rural Lancaster County, Nebraska after turning the Omaha program over to his former Church. Dave's record of accomplishment in the youth football field is amazing including a 121-17 Fall record since putting this system in place in 2002. He has coached 18 different teams over the last 2 decades. His last 11 teams have won 6 League Titles during that span with 5 very different teams and in 4 different Youth Football Leagues. During that span, 2 of these teams won State Titles in the Top "Select" division in the State. All the DVDs are of Dave's personal youth football teams. He has done clinics for hundreds of youth football coaches nationwide for Nike, Glazier Mega Clinics, Clinic of Champions and now his own “Winning Youth Football” clinics. Dave is a former business owner in his forties and is a proud family man. He gave his life to Christ in 1996 and has a passion for coaching youth football.
